Travelled on Brittany ferries Portsmouth to Santander and stayed in a 2 bed mobile home with Canvas and couldn’t fault anything. We always get covered decking as it rains quite often, although this year the weather was amazing in the last 2 weeks of August unlike previous years! We stayed in number 21 and 22 which backed onto the nature reserve so were 9really quiet and pretty. As others have said the shop is ok, not expensive, but did main shopping at Lupa in Noja or Argonas. Ate at Amaya Bus on Avenida Ris a lot and La Piscina in Isla which is fantastic value and seafood to die for. Obviously spent everyday at the beach at Ris or Tregandin (drive to the barrier and park in the little car park) Call at Custom Bar on the way home for large vodka and tonic with added sweets or fruit while the kids play on the game consoles! We love the chilled out Spanish campsites and this is a really casual one. If you want laid back, amazing beaches and great food you can’t go wrong.
